Using GridChief
You must be 18 or older to use GridChief. By using the service, you agree to use it for lawful purposes only. Don't attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the platform or other users' data.
Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us immediately. Don't share your login with others or create accounts on behalf of people who haven't agreed to these terms.
League Data
You own your data. The race results, standings, and league information you create in GridChief belong to you. We store it to power the app and won't use it for anything else. If you delete your account, your data goes with it.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don't store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically - you can cancel any time from your account settings. We don't offer refunds for the current active subscription period, but you won't be charged again after you cancel.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We'll try to give notice where possible, but not in cases of serious abuse or fraud.
Disclaimer
GridChief is provided "as-is". We do our best to keep it running reliably, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access and aren't liable for any losses resulting from downtime or data issues.
